Prices start at just $6995 for the single wides and $9995 for the double wides. They include the windows, door & floors, painted & insulated. The triple wide 24x20 complete with bath, sink shower, electric wired, windows and flooring, just hook up the water, sewer and electric and 6 hrs of assembly it is ready to live in.
